Music Lessons

Creating Successful Music Learning Experiences for All

The AMT team offers adapted and traditional  music lessons for individuals interested in developing skills in guitar, piano, percussion, voice, and music theory

Adapted lessons are music lessons for neurodivergent learners to explore musical knowledge, build confidence, and support cognitive and motor abilities. While the goal of adapted music lessons is to develop music skills, as in traditional music lessons, our music therapists may also address and document progress on non-musical goals during music instruction.

The advantage of taking traditional music lessons through Annapolis Music Therapy is that instructors are dually trained both as music educators and music therapists, thus creating a safe and therapeutic environment that is beneficial when learning a musical instrument.

Traditional and adapted music lessons are available for all ages and music levels in a variety of styles and genres. No prior music experiences required!

Annapolis Music Therapy Services offers an introductory session package:

$225 for three, 45-minute Individual Sessions

So that you can explore if music therapy is the right fit for you or your loved one.

*regular rates ($90 per 45 mins, $120 per 60 mins) will apply after introductory session package*

Sliding scale may be available for individual sessions and groups rates may be negotiable for facility contracts. Insurance is not accepted, however, invoices can be provided to submit to your insurance company. 30 minutes sessions are available on a case-by-case basis only. Please contact admin@annapolismusictherapy.com or call 410-697-1812 for more info.
