Intergenerational Groups

Connecting Community Music Experiences with our Youngest and Wisest Generations

Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, our intergenerational groups are temporarily on hold. If you are interested in receiving our newsletter for updates on the groups, including when we will return to the community, please contact us!

If you are a community director interested in Pre-Recorded Intergenerational Music Sessions for your residents during this unprecedented time, feel free to contact us and take a look at this sample session!

Annapolis Music Therapy is proud to partner with Brightview and Ginger Cove to bring our community FREE intergenerational groups! Babies and toddlers ages 0-5, along with families and siblings, are welcomed to help us bring joy to the many grandfriends we serve!

If you are interested in participating in these community groups with your little one, register using the EventBrite calendar below. We are only able to take 8-10 parent-child duos per class, and registration is on a “first come, first serve” basis.

*Important note: Please do not post photos containing residents from AMT’s intergenerational groups at Ginger Cove or Brightview on social media unless you are related to them. This is necessary to protect their confidentiality and health information! You’re welcome to share photos of your child at our groups, as long as residents are not in the photographs.
